Holly R. Corcoran, CPA

Holly Corcoran is a certified public accountant who has maintained her practice since 1991. Located in Stroudsburg, PA since 1996, she has built an extensive client base of businesses and individuals. Holly is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of East Stroudsburg University where she earned a bachelor of science in Management with a concentration in Accounting. After college and prior to opening her practice, Holly audited banks and SEC clients while employed at the nation’s ninth largest accounting firm, Laventhol & Horwath. Holly is a member of the American & Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, AICPA Quality Peer Review Program, Pennsylvania 4-H Horse program and Business Network International (BNI).

Colette M. Mellott, Senior Accountant

With over ten years of accounting experience, Colette Mellot's background is in private industry as well as public accounting. Colette provides expert advice to businesses looking to streamline their internal accounting. She works with numerous companies, non-profits, and governmental organizations providing controllership-by-the-hour services to "bridge the gap" between the bookkeeping and financial reporting functions. Colette prepares business and non-profit sector tax returns as well as financial statement services. She holds a bachelors degree from Penn State University with a specialty in financial services. Colette is a member of the West-End Kiwanis club.

Janice Cabral, Staff Accountant

Certified QuickBooks (R) Professional Advisor 

Janice's professional experience is in individual income tax prepartion including multi-state returns. She provides bookkeeping, payroll, and QuickBooks (R) support for the firm's business clients. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Cabral was employed with H&R Block. Currently, Janice is completing her associates degree with Northampton Community College. Janice volunteers for the Pocono Family YMCA Piranhas and is a Board Member-at-Large for Penn Del Swim League.

Eric Bosak, Client Service Representative

Eric graduated from Lansdale Catholic High School and then attended East Stroudsburg University for two years in the Business Management Program. In 1992, he began his career on the floor of The New York Stock Exchange as a runner and worked for several Specialist Market Maker Brokerage firms, finally earning a seat on the Exchange in 2005. Currently, Eric serves as a client service representative for the firm introducing accounting and tax services to small and medium sized businesses. In addition, Bosak provides customer service for the businesses utilizing the monthly recordkeeping and tax services. He is a member of the board for E.S.Y.A. and enjoys coaching soccer and skiing.
